Within a 500-feet radius of the stoplight, you'll find eight planters that were donated by the Woman's Club a few years back. This past March, Partnership for Floyd volunteers planted bright pansies in the eight planters under the guidance of Barbara Pleasant, a Floyd Flower Power member.
