Barclay Thomson, a senior at Floyd High School, has designed a beautiful mural for the building at 613 Main St. She has designed the mural to be a gradient from morning to night to show the beauty of Floyd at all times of the day. The mural will include native plants, Dogwood, bees, butterflies, etc. She is also planning to incorporate some tile pieces on the flower petals to be outward and 3-D.
